Step Away from the Amplified Dude
(CLICK TO ENLARGE) A man gestures for two young girls to move away from the ear-splitting amplifier located on the sidewalk in front of them. Or maybe he was telling them to stay away from the fellows on stage, who belong to the Israelite School of Universal Practical Knowledge (ISUPK). The scene happened on the southeast corner of H and 8th Streets NE on April 15, 2006. (Copyright © 2006. David Klavitter)

The man spoken of in the photo is a regular visitor at the speakings and was pointing at the pictures on the ground. He was not asking the girls to move away from the speaking; their mother could have asked the girls to move away being that she was standing right behind both of the girls listening to the speaking intently. Klav you are a sick "LIAR" that will do anything to have you and you cronies take over the 8th & H street neighborhood.

Your interpretation of the photograph is wrong. Or maybe your memory is a bit foggy, since your comment came so long after the original post.
The other photos in this series show the girls backing away after the man asks them to.
In the meantime, I'm not sure what you mean by "take over the 8th and H Street neighborhood." The residents and businesses who pay rent and taxes don't want to take over anything--we just want a little peace and quiet.
